Currently, the samples have been smoothly delivered to the client, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. This trial-woven product is an entirely new type of cotton polyester blend and TC fabric that the company has never involved before, featuring high technical requirements and great challenges. Since the project kick-off, it has received high attention from the company's leadership. To ensure the samples meet quality standards and are delivered on time, the company specially organized a special meeting to coordinate multiple core departments including the Preparation Workshop, Weaving Workshop, Sales Department, and Production Department, forming an efficient and collaborative working pattern with linkage between upper and lower levels. News Release — Zhenxing Textile has successfully commissioned the ZMP2000V21 combined metal, spark, and heavy waste detector in its blowing-carding workshop on November 13, 2025. This intelligent system is vital for processing blended fibers like polyester cotton, improving safety and product quality. The equipment automatically detects and removes metal contaminants and sparks during the processing of polyester cotton blends, reducing fire risks.
